Crafted Building Co. is a licensed and NZ-certified building company that prides itself on strong, trusted relationships with a network of skilled subcontractors—both locally on Waiheke and across New Zealand. Led by owner and director Alex Toye, the company is backed by a skilled team of master craftsmen. With over 20 years of industry experience, Alex brings a deep understanding of building practices that goes beyond bricks and mortar—offering insight, care, and precision to every project from the ground up.
